Um...
So, I found this Riverside live album that
they are apparently selling as a rare release
during their gigs for this tour...
It's fucking awesome, just like the
Fabchannel gig, which I've probably seen
about 3 times already, but not once completely...
Oh, and I added this "Twitter" bar thing
at the right.
I'll try and update it as often as possible,
so it's accurate and shit...
Not that whatever I'm up to interests anyone,
but it can be entertaining to write...

After fucking around with every possible thing related to audio
I FIXED MY SOUND. Fuck. Yea.
The main reason why I stayed up so late yesterday,
wasted an afternoon AND and currently staying up pretty fucking
late to fix my audio :
http://www.fabchannel.com/riverside_concert
This is some life-changing material for any neo-prog fan...
EDIT:
Oh, and merry chritmas and shit!
(I did that pixel art myself :D)

My current top 3
post-rock bands :
1. i hear sirens
2. Exxasens
3. Emery Reel
Still into the process of discovering the genre...
Also, I would like to point out that music is an
art form, not some kind of product that we have
the right to bring down if it doesn't please our expectations.
That only applies to creative music, of course, since
the most popular bands are backed with so much promotion,
they don't even need to reach you in order to gain success.
It only takes a chorus.
Which is why I've been getting into post-rock lately...
No pre-defined structure, no "hook", only instruments and creativity...

Still completely addicted to www.livesmashingpumpkins.com
(Not that I've managed to buy any of them yet...
Still, planning to.)
And I bought this shiny new toy 3 days ago.
Still haven't found time to play with it to satisfaction
and this is the week of the final exams...
Fuck.
Also, planning on getting into :
From Monument to Masses
Explosions In The Sky (again...)
Exxasens
My Bloody Valentine
Tristeza
Zwan (super-group of a bunch of names I deeply respect)
These Arms Are Snakes
Dark Suns
Cloud Archive
Cog
Cult of Luna
And a little deeper into :
Smashing Pumpkins
65daysofstatic
Meshuggah
Opeth
...
Of course, no living being would have enough time
to get into so many bands during a final exams week...
;)

Here goes, a post...
So... huh...
*doesn't feel like posting*
I'll be getting into Swans this week,
and also:
Melt-Banana
Sunn O)))
Boris
The Melvins
Agalloch
Jesu
Ulver
Zwan
Белые Флаги Зажигайте Медленно
Van Der Graaf Generator
Latitudes
Dozer
BUCK-TICK
Boards Of Canada
Autechre
Abigail's Ghost
Cynic
...
Whoever says I'm not musically open-minded
will receive really really harsh punishment,
similar to what happens in the Saw movies...
I mean come on, there's drone,
sludge-metal, modern prog, 70's synth prog, IDM, japanese Visual Kei,
post-rock, noise rock and experimental music up in that list.
Also, reading on philosophy : The Stoicist movement,
mainly the roman emperor Marcus Aurelius
who was one of them...
Love how they believed humans should adapt
their opinions and merge with the universal truth instead
of trying to change everything around them.
...
Yay, I poastde!...
*goes to sleep*

I saw that Mars was listening to acoustic versions
of Silversun Pickups songs, so I googled it
and found this little baby.
Week is made!
By the way, I'm also a huge fan of Silversun Pickups
and their only studio album, and also their first EP.
Been a fan for years, discovered them at the same time
as Smashing Pumpkins back then...
They have a new album called Swoon coming out soon...
(which I'm highly hyped for, but it seems like hype is dangerous nowadays...)
And I still can't stop listening to Insurgentes.
I will kill whoever deletes it from my iTunes, promised.
Steven Wilson is serious business...
